Delete your Hardware Club account

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@greymatter.ventures with the subject Hardware Club account deletion request.
2. Include your registered mobile number and store name so we can find the correct account.
3. We may verify ownership using an OTP or a phone call before processing the request.

Never include an OTP, PAN, GSTIN, full address, card number, UPI PIN or banking password in the email.

What we delete

• Your active Hardware Club account and retailer profile.
• Optional product-suggestion photos and other account-linked submissions that are not required for a continuing legal obligation.
• Account-linked support and preference data that is no longer needed.

What may be retained

Order, invoice, tax, payment-status, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained or anonymised where required by applicable law or reasonably needed to resolve a dispute. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are securely overwritten or deleted.

We aim to complete a valid, verified deletion request within 30 days and will tell you if we need more information.

Important

Uninstalling the Android app, logging out or clearing app/browser data removes local information from that device but does not delete your Hardware Club server account. Temporary deactivation is not used as a substitute for account deletion.
